Giada Bilenchi

Giada has always had a passion for food. She grew up with her grandparents, who always grew their own food. Her mother was a professional chef and worked in local restaurants.


In 2022, Giada and her business partner Serena took over the management of "La Bottega" in Castell'Azzara, which had been opened two years earlier by the Castell'Azzara Municipal Ecosystem Community Cooperative.

La Bottega specializes in traditional cookies and sweets, particularly topi and taglioli, typical of Castell'Azzara and linked to the now-defunct mining industry. Giada also enjoys creating her own seasonal recipes, including truffle cookies and chestnut flour cookies.


Giada was born in Castell'Azzara and now lives with her husband Fabio and their daughter Eva in San Giovanni delle Contee.
